94 Points! A terrific Condrieu, the 2023 Condrieu Deponcins has tons of sautéed peach, honeyed orange, and perfumed floral and spice nuances on the nose. Villard makes four different Condrieu wines and three are single vineyards. Villard owns three hectares in the Poncins vineyard in Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône and makes two wines from this parcel. DePoncins comes from 25 year old vines. Aged for 11 months, without racking, in 30% new barrels and 70% in barrels that are three to five years old. Great intensity and minerality.

94 Points! Fragrant white blossoms, honeysuckle and ripe stone fruit define this Viognier from declassified Condrieu. Cool fermentation in used oak barrels and six months of weekly bâtonnage bring richness and texture. Based on Bourboulenc, Viognier, and Marsanne, the 2024 Côtes Du Rhône Coudoulet De Beaucastel Blanc is a killer white offering honeyed peach, orange blossom, white flowers, and a kiss of minerality. It's medium-bodied, pure, focused, and elegant, with a layered mouthfeel, integrated acidity, and a great finish. We were among the first in America to champion Thibaud Boudignon back in 2013, and today he's a bona fide rock star whose wines grace Michelin-starred lists across Europe and are heavily allocated stateside. At $23.98, it's world-class Rosé for half what a comparable (or lesser) Provence bottling would cost.

From shallow soils on grey schist, ryholite (volcanic soil) and sand, 35+ year-old vines. Vinification in French + Austrian oak barrel (various volume), indigenous yeast fermentation. No malo-lactic fermentation. Aged in barrels of 350L and 700L volume, up to 30% new.

97 Points! Still tight, with an energetic core of white peach, creamed pineapple, persimmon and white ginger flavors. The backdrop of orange blossom and singed almond notes adds extra dimension on the finish. This will go a long way in the cellar. - Wine Spectator

From 35+ year-old vines. Barreling after a slight settling. The grapes are put in French oak barrels of 5OO liters (no new barrels) in which the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place. Aging on fine lees for 10 months, no stirring. One month before bottling, the wine from different barrels is placed in a stainless steel tank for blending. Bottling is done according to the lunar calendar.

Les "Hauts de Fuissé" comes from two vineyard plots, "Longs poils" and "Scélés", which are located in the village of Fuissé in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.

The vines have been planted since the 1980s, well after the creation of the appellation in 1929, hence the classification as ''Mâcon''. The vines face due east on clay-limestone soils giving dense and complex wines.

This Coteaux Bourguignons “Pur Pinot Noir” comes from vines planted by Stephane's grandfather in 1960 just below the village of Morey-Saint-Denis. Here, there is an old-vine clone, “Pinot Tordu,” which produces incredibly small but intensely aromatic grapes resulting in a suprisingly rich, authoritative style for this genre.
