Tapatio is produced at La Alteña Distillery in Jalisco, founded in 1937 by Don Felipe Camarena. Known for traditional methods such as brick oven cooking and slow fermentation, the distillery emphasizes pure agave expression and heritage craftsmanship.

Tasting Note:
Fresh and vibrant, this tequila opens with aromas of cooked agave, citrus, and white pepper. The palate is crisp and clean with herbal tones, green apple, and a subtle mineral edge, finishing bright and refreshing.

La Fuerza is an artisanal vermouth project from Mendoza, created by four friends who wanted to capture the character of the Andes in a glass. The Rosado is made from Torrontés wine blended with native herbs and flowers sourced from the foothills of the mountains, resulting in a spirit that reflects both place and season.

Tasting Note:
Delicate and pink in color, it opens with fragrant notes of hibiscus, violet, and lavender, balanced by a touch of fennel and wild herbs. The palate is light and refreshing with floral tones, bright citrus, and gentle herbal depth. The finish is smooth and clean, making it ideal over ice, in a spritz, or as a fresh take on classic vermouth cocktails.

Hampden Estate in Jamaica has been producing rum since the 1700s and is regarded as one of the most traditional distilleries in the Caribbean. Known for wild fermentation, the use of copper pot stills, and extended tropical aging, Hampden creates high-ester rums with bold intensity and unmistakable character. The Overproof expression captures the estate’s style in its purest and most powerful form.

Founded in Hanoi in 2020, Ve De Di is Vietnam’s first independent whisky distillery and has quickly grown into a leader in craft spirits. Their philosophy is grain-to-glass, working closely with local farmers and sourcing ingredients from across the country. The Crème de Coconut highlights this approach, drawing on coconuts from Bến Tre in the south along with other regional ingredients to showcase Vietnam’s rich agricultural heritage.

Tasting Note:
Velvety and indulgent, this liqueur captures the lush sweetness of fresh coconut cream balanced with subtle vanilla. On the palate it is smooth and tropical, with notes of coconut water, a touch of sugarcane, and a hint of sea breeze salinity.

Crafted in Oaxaca from 100% Espadín agave, Claridad celebrates traditional mezcal-making with small-batch, artisanal methods passed down through generations.

The mezcal opens with soft herbal and mineral notes, layered with hints of tropical fruit and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, showing subtle smoke, earthy depth, and a clean, lingering finish. Pure, elegant, and versatile, it shines equally well neat or in refined cocktails.

Venus Small Batch Vodka, crafted from premium wheat, delivers an elegant and refined sipping experience. The nose is clean and subtly floral, with hints of vanilla bean and soft grain sweetness. Hampden Estate 1753 Single Jamaican Rum is a rich, full-bodied rum that pays homage to the long history of Hampden Estate, one of Jamaica’s most iconic distilleries. Made using traditional methods, it blends both pot still and column distillation, resulting in a rum that’s complex, bold, and full of character. The rum is aged in a combination of American oak and ex-bourbon casks, which imparts deep, warm flavors.

The nose is immediately inviting, with intense aromas of tropical fruit, like ripe bananas and papaya, alongside a pronounced, earthy funk that is characteristic of Jamaican rums. There’s also a hint of spice, brown sugar, and oak. On the palate, the rum is rich and flavorful, with layers of dark fruit, molasses, and a slight peppery warmth. The influence of the casks provides a rounded, smooth finish that is both sweet and slightly smoky. Hampden Estate 1753 is a complex rum that shines in sipping cocktails or enjoyed neat, offering a true taste of Jamaica's rum-making heritage.

Mulholland California Gin is a handcrafted gin that embodies the spirit of California with its vibrant and complex profile. Distilled in small batches, it brings together traditional gin botanicals like juniper and angelica root with a selection of Californian ingredients such as Valencia orange, lemon, and lavender. The result is a smooth, balanced gin with a citrus-forward aroma and a hint of floral sweetness.

On the palate, Mulholland California Gin offers a crisp and refreshing taste with bright citrus notes at the forefront, complemented by a subtle herbal depth. The lavender and other botanicals give it a unique floral touch, while the finish is clean and lingering. This gin is versatile, making it an excellent base for classic gin cocktails or enjoyed simply with tonic. One sip and you’ll understand why this modern classic has achieved first-class status. Its delight is surely in its paradoxical flavor- it’s light and juicy yet complex and satisfying. The original creator, Sam Ross, describes this balance of flavor as “sherbet”, and we worked with him to get it just right.

Cazcanes No.7 Extra Añejo is a small-batch tequila aged for an average of 37 months in re-charred American oak barrels sourced from Jack Daniel’s, Jim Beam, Clermont, and Four Roses. Blended to taste—not to time—this tequila is carefully aged to preserve bold agave character without being over-oaked.

Crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, using 100% organic Blue Weber agave and natural volcanic spring water trucked in from Navichi Springs near Hostotipaquillo, Jalisco. A small portion of the tequila was finished with French oak staves for added depth, then carefully integrated into the final blend to bring refined complexity, enhanced texture, and layered nuance.

The result is a balanced, expressive Extra Añejo with notes of roasted agave, vanilla, dark chocolate, butterscotch, oak, dried fruit, and warm spice, all leading to a long, harmonious finish.
