Gotha DRAI Vermouth Siderale is a distinctive Italian dry vermouth from Gotha Spiriti Nobili in Bologna. It begins with 100% Zibibbo wine from Pantelleria and incorporates purified Adriatic seawater along with caper berries, grapefruit, lemon peel, cucumber, sage, bay leaf, wormwood, and Timut pepper. The combination gives DRAI an unusually fresh, savory, and maritime character.

Bright aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel, sage, and fresh herbs open with a subtle floral lift. The palate is crisp and dry with citrus, cucumber, gentle bitterness, and a distinctive saline minerality that adds depth and freshness. The finish is clean and savory with lingering grapefruit, herbs, and a refreshing touch of sea salt.

Coolest. Vermouth. Ever. The base wine here is 100% Garnacha from vineyards over 80 years old. 

Their grandfather’s recipe mentioned that Garnacha is the grape variety that concentrates more sugars in the ripening period. Its late harvest makes this concentration of sugars ideal for the elaboration of this vermouth. Once the base wine is made, it is macerated with more than 40 different botanicals in French and American oak barrels for several years, which gives it a complexity that makes the difference.

Very complex fruit aroma, notes of underbrush, honey, cinnamon, thyme and rosemary with a finish marked by dry nuts. The perfect balance between the bitterness of the absinthe and the sweetness of the overripe fruit. The basis for Ocean's 12 Gin is a neutral grain spirit of exceptional gentleness. The distillate rests in American oak casks, which were previously used for the solera system of sherry production.

All botanicals are individually distilled to preserve the purest flavors and aromas. Cinnamon, rosemary, angelica are grown on their own property in Spain. 

Juniper, sweet orange, bitter orange, lemon, cardamom, angelica, cinnamon and rosemary intermingle on the nose and the palate.
