Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged defines an older whisky that’s distinctly Maker’s. By embracing both the unique impact that our warehouse and cellar maturation have on flavor, we've created an older expression that is richer and more complex whilst staying true to the founder's taste vision of bourbon without the bite.

Discover the captivating essence of Joseph Cartron Violet Liqueur, skillfully crafted in the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, France. This exceptional liqueur pays homage to the delicate beauty of violet flowers, creating a sensory experience like no other.

The journey begins with the meticulous extraction of essential oils from hand-picked violet petals. These precious oils are then carefully evaporated to create an aromatic paste, capturing the true essence of the flowers. Diluted in alcohol and subjected to low-pressure distillation in a small alembic copper pot still, a magnificent mixture known as "violet absolute" is born.

To achieve the perfect balance of flavors, the violet absolute is blended with neutral sugar beet distillate. This exquisite combination is then enhanced with the gradual incorporation of crystalized sugar derived from sugar beets. The result is a harmonious composition, with 100 grams of sugar per liter, showcasing the remarkable depth and sweetness of the violet liqueur.

Samsara, meaning ‘rebirth’, is a full-bodied and fragrant blend of malts matured in ex Bourbon and ex Californian red wine casks.

This special Absinthe from the birthplace of the venerated drink, Couvet, utilizes traditional techniques and the highest quality botanicals to produce a traditional absinthe from an age-old recipe. Val-de-Travers has the perfect geology for growing the rare botanicals needed to produce proper Absinthe. Almost all of the ingredients are sourced locally and are of the absolute highest quality. This is definitely a benchmark producer for the new Swiss Absinthe renaissance.

Butterfly absinthe is an award winning modern rendition of a classic pre-prohibition absinthe produced in Boston in the early 1900s.

Home Base Single Malt is a unique Californian spirit capturing the terroir of the West Coast. It’s made from 100% estate malted barley and aged in ex-Home Base Bourbon barrels to let the grain flavor shine. In 2023, it received a Good Food Award in the Spirits category.

We recommended you enjoy it neat, over ice, or in a favorite Scotchy cocktail to experience the earthy, grassy nose with flavor notes of maple, cream soda, caramel, and honey nut.

Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Try our staple offering neat or over ice to get to know it, then mix it into warm or cold cocktails to learn its many nuances.

Aged in Berkeley, CA at Home Base Spirits

Home Base’s first liqueur release is our West Coast take on an amaro-style bitter liqueur. A California-grown grape brandy base is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals, and bittered with gentian root and bitter orange. Sip neat as a digestif or use it to brighten any drink.

Amaro is an Italian word for bitter, but our Amaro is a much more complex spirit than just bitter. Our Amaro features Prickly Pear, which can be found growing all over Southern California. When sipping our amaro, the prickly pear gives a light, fruity, almost bubble gum flavor at first. That gives way to the Gentian root bitterness from which the spirits name is derived. It then finishes with a savory smokiness from the smoked black cardamom.

Crafted in small batches using estate-grown, hard red spring wheat and Yellowstone spring water from Big Sky, Montana. While most grains yield around 3% protein, the heirloom variety used here yields 18%. This superior quality wheat has been selectively bred on family farms for over 118 years. 

Notes of sweet cream, vanilla and toasted brioche. Smooth rich and plush. Long sweet and creamy with notes of almond and citrus on the palate.

Silhouette is enjoyed straight or on the rocks; served with water (both cold and hot); served in a chu-hi (or shochu highball) mixed with soda and fruit juice; or served with oolong tea or matcha tea. Silhouette can also be a versatile base for low-alcohol cocktails.

Nose: Ryegrass, vanilla, raspberry raisins, baking spices and oak wood.

Palate: Big bold notes of orange and
other assorted dark fruits balanced perfectly with hints of chocolate and caramel all balanced perfectly with plenty of spices like clove and nutmeg.

Lagrimas del Valle is a Vintage, “Rancho Unico” (Single Ranch) Tequila — celebrating the unique and distinctive characteristics of the very best single ranches of Agave.

Lagrimas is produced in collaboration with the Rosales family, of Tequila Cascahuin, lead by current Master Distiller, Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo – the fourth generation of his family, their distilling tradition dating back to 1904 in El Arenal, Jalisco; within the heart of the “Valley” of Tequila. Lagrimas del Valle translates to “Tears of the Valley” – representing the tears that form both on a tasting glass from high quality Agave spirits, as well as the “tears” or condensed spirits falling into the still, the transformation of Agave into Tequila itself.

This Plata or Blanco "El Sabino" hails from Rancho Teuchitlan in Jalisco. Elevation is 1,261 Meters with an average agave brix at 40%.

A Blend of VSOP (Pre Ocean Maturation) and XO. Un-Chillfiltered and aged in Sauternes casks. A Sauternes lovers dream Cognac! Tons of botrytis-y chatracter coming through from the barrel finish. Loads of graham cracker, dried fruits, and a decidedly white grape character make this a lucious sipper. 

Master Blender Jeffrey Karlovitch believes the true beauty of cognac resides in the higher proof level. The drama which unfolds in the array of flavors, immense depth and character, is rarely savored and appreciated ouside the warehouse.
