    NM92-94
    VM92-94
    $99.98

92-94 Points! The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes, tasted from a one-year-old barrel (there will (be) 20% new in the final blend) has a tightly-knit bouquet with blackberry and raspberry fruit, quite elegant after three or four minutes of aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with a lovely, confit-like entry, very well balanced with a silky texture, hints of raspberry jam and white pepper on the finish. Beautifully defined from start to finish. Excellent. - Neal Martin, Vinous Media

  3. Maison Champy Pernand-Vergelesses Rouge Clos de Bully 2021
    JS92
    $49.98
    Availability:In Stock

92 Points! Lots of redcurrant fruit, with notes of blood orange, tobacco leaf and sage. Sleek, focused and racy, this is a forthright expression of cool climate Burgundy that some may find a bit challenging, but which excites us. Lots of candied citrus and some dried cranberries at the structured finish. Drink or hold. - JamesSuckling.com

  4. Domaine Daniel et Julien Barraud Pouilly Fuissé 1er Cru Les Crays Vieilles Vignes 2021
    BH92
    $49.98
    Availability:In Stock

92 Points! Pungent aromas of wood toast and reduction suppress the nose at present so a quick aeration should help. The very rich and generously proportioned medium-bodied flavors possess a seductive texture that carries over to the detailed, moderately austere and compact yet sneaky long finale. This too is very good and built to repay up to a decade of keeping though it should be reasonably approachable after only 5-ish years. - Allen Meadows, Burghound #92

  5. Domaine Daniel et Julien Barraud Pouilly Fuissé 1er Cru La Maréchaude 'Clos la Verchère' 2021
    BH92
    $47.98
    Availability:In Stock

92 Points! A discreet though easily discernible dollop of wood sets off the cool, airy and layered aromas of petrol, green apple, acacia blossom and overt citrus scents. There is almost painful intensity to the borderline aggressively mineral-driven flavors that conclude in a youthfully austere, chiseled and very dry finale. This is quite good and very promising though note that it's going to require at least some patience. - Allen Meadows, Burghound #92

  6. Bouchard Pere et Fils Le Corton Grand Cru 2016
    WA91-93
    $164.98
    Availability:In Stock

91-93 Points! The 2016 Corton Grand Cru comes from red clay soils that are just 80 centimeters deep before you hit the limestone bedrock. It has a finely tuned bouquet with cranberry, raspberry preserve and crushed strawberry scents, crushed roses developing with time. The palate is well balanced with a fine line of acidity, brisk and tensile from start to finish and then pulling back so as not to overdo the finish. This is a case of less is more in a wine and it is likely to surpass the 2015 Corton. - Neal Martin, robertparker.com

  7. Jean Collet et Fils Chablis 1er Cru Montee de Tonnerre 2021
    BH90-93
    $41.98
    Availability:Out of Stock

90-93 Points! from a 2.29 ha holding that is <90% Chapelot and 10% Montée de Tonnerre, with 2 ha and .29 ha, respectively. Discreet but still noticeable wood easily allows the elegant floral-suffused aromas of mineral reduction, lemon rind and sea breeze. The racy, wonderfully refined and beautifully detailed flavors exude a bracing minerality on the youthfully austere and impressively long finale. This too needs more depth but appears to have the necessary stuffing to develop it. Oustanding. - Allen Meadows, Burghound #88

  8. Jean Collet et Fils Chablis 1er Cru Montmains 2021
    BH90-92
    $39.98
    Availability:In Stock

90-92 Points! A much more floral nose expresses nuances of citrus confit and spice if more moderate amounts of Chablis character. There is however both better volume and refinement to the medium-bodied flavors that offer a lovely minerality on the lingering, balanced and delicious finale. If this can add depth with a few years in bottle it could be excellent. - Allen Meadows, Burghound #88

90-93 Points! A slightly riper nose features nose of white peach, sea breeze, citrus confit and quinine. Outstanding. - Allen Meadows, Burghound #88

  10. Louis Jadot Beaune 1er Cru Célébration 2018 1.5L Magnum
    WA92+
    VM92
    $119.98
    Availability:In Stock

92+ Points! Opening in the glass with aromas of sweet berries, cherries and plums framed by a deft application of toasty new oak, the 2018 Beaune 1er Cru Célébration (Maison Louis Jadot) is medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, with a fleshy core of fruit structured around rich tannins and succulent acids. It's a hearty, generous wine that should evolve nicely in the cellar. As usual, it's a blend of more than a dozen Beaune premiers crus. - William Kelley, robertparker.com

92 Points! The 2018 Beaune 1er Cru Célébration offers crunchy red berry fruit on the nose, crushed strawberry mingling with raspberry preserve and cranberry. A light vanilla scent emerges from the background. It is all disarmingly seductive (even more so the following day). The palate is medium-bodied with a very smooth and silky texture. Tart red cherries and crushed strawberry on the entry, modest depth, cashmere in texture and more sumptuous than previous iterations, unsurprising given the style of the 2018 vintage. Even if the 2018 Célébration does not quite 'kick on' towards the finish, it is still utterly delicious. - Neal Martin, Vinous Media

90-92 Points! from a .76 ha parcel of 50+ year old vines. This is quite airy, indeed even perfumed, with its elegant and exceptionally pretty nose of essence of wild cherry, soft earth and a background hint of star anise. The polished, delicious and solidly concentrated middleweight flavors coat the palate with sappy dry extract that helps to buffer the lightly stony, austere and linear finish that displays excellent length.
