  1. La Rioja Alta Rioja Gran Reserva 904 2010
    JS98
    WA96+
    $59.98
    Availability:In Stock
98 Points! Fresh blueberries and brambleberries take center stage, which is striking for a wine of this age. There are also lots of roasted herbs, such as sage, not to mention floral elements, including lavender and dried violets. Then come cedar, sandalwood and tar. The tannins are incredibly round and soft, without the slightest hint of anything dry. This is among the most elegant of Riojas, where the acidity is wonderfully pronounced and cuts right through any touch of dried fruit. Long and powerful, yet subtle on the finish. Drink now, or hold for a very long time. - JamesSuckling.com Learn More
  2. Cune Rioja Imperial Gran Reserva 2010 Magnum 1.5L
    VM94
    $159.98
    Availability:In Stock
94 Points! Vivid ruby-red. Smoky oak-accented red berries, cherry pit, incense and mocha aromas show outstanding clarity and vivacity. Sweet, expansive, palate-staining raspberry, cherry pie, vanilla and floral pastille flavors fan out steadily on the back half. The smoky note reemerges on an impressively long, floral- and spice-driven finish that's given shape by supple, harmonious tannins. In the context of world-class Spanish wines, which this one is, there's truly outstanding value here. - Josh Raynolds, Vinous Media Learn More

93 Points! The 2010 Viña Cubillo Tinto Crianza is superb and shows great depth and nuance, with great freshness, and the red cherries are complemented by notes of blood oranges, nutmeg and other spices. It has a soft and harmonious palate, with great balance and very good freshness. - Luis Gutierrez, robertparker.com Learn More
  4. Lealtanza Rioja Gran Reserva 2010
    VM92
    $22.98
    Availability:In Stock
92 Points!  Lurid ruby. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes ripe cherry, smoked meat, vanilla and floral pastilles, and a succulent herb nuance emerges as the wine opens up. Juicy and seamless in texture, offering juicy cherry cola, candied rose and mocha flavors that are firmed by a spine of tangy acidity. Concentrated but lively as well, showing excellent delineation and spicy cut on the lingering, gently tannic finish.

  6. Cune Rioja Reserva Viña Real 2010 Magnum
    WA93
    VM92
    $64.98
    Availability:Out of Stock
93 Points!  Going one step up in the quality ladder, the Viña Real 2010 Reserva plays with the advantage of being cropped from a quite balanced, fresh vintage, a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano from Rioja Alavesa fermented in stainless steel and matured in barrel for 22 months, during which time it was racked every four months. This wine has all the classical aromas of an old time Rioja, cherries, vanilla, some coconut, dill, leather, cured meat, incense, old furniture and cold bonfire. The palate is medium-bodied and very balanced with great acidity and fine tannins that make it easy to drink. Pop or keep. It has good freshness, and with time in the glass it develops beautiful aromas of orange peel that transmit very good freshness. 100,000 bottles produced.  Luis Gutierrez, The Wine Advocate #218, April 2015
