93 Points! The NV Brut Rosé No 3 Grand Cru is a pure Bouzy Pinot Noir that gets its beautiful intense onion-skin color from the addition of 8% red wine. The nose is rich and complex but at the same time pure and refined, with a nice chalky layer and vinous fruit intensity. Round and rich but fresh and vital on the pure and elegant palate, this is a full-bodied, pretty intense and persistent rosé to be served with main courses. This rosé is seriously complex and expressive, with grip, tension and a long finish. Remarkable in class and style. - Stephan Reinhardt, robertparker.com

From the winery: Planted in the 1940s, the Stampede Vineyard is an own-rooted Zinfandel planting in the toe-hills of the Sierra Nevada mountains within Lodi’s Clements Hills AVA. With soils composed of decomposed granite, the Stampede Vineyard lies on a parcel that overlooks an old riverbed on one side and the Clements Stampede rodeo grounds on the other. Brothers and Lodi-natives Jeff & John Perlegos impeccably farm this vineyard.

On August 19th, we picked our third vintage of rosé from the ancient vines at Stampede Vineyard in Clements Hills. We couldn't be happier with how the wine turned out. Pressed whole-cluster and fermented in stainless steel. A slow, cold fermentation led to a weightier and more textural rosé, but the wine is everything you'd want a California rosé to be. At only 12.5% alcohol, the wine has loads of acidity, but with a density and vivacity you'd expect from old vine Zinfandel. Drink now and drink often. This wine* is* springtime. - Four Roses The Ten Recipe Tasting Experience Limited Edition 10x50ml$129.98Availability:In Stock

93+ Points! The 2022 Rosé Clos Mireille Cru Classé is dreamy, wafting up with a perfumed blend of nectarine, sweet white flowers and white strawberry. Like pure silk on the palate, this soothes with its ripe orchard fruits, which are gently contrasted by a bitter tinge of sour citrus as juicy acidity adds fleshy depths. The 2022 cleans up beautifully as inner florals and confectionary spice echo throughout. This is a gorgeous Rosé today, yet it should evolve beautifully for years. - Eric Guido, Vinous Media

Learn More - La Cabassonne (Le Galantin) Bandol Rosé 2022$16.98Availability:In Stock
This Bandol Rosé has a typical sunny pink color with shades of orange. Subtle and floral aromas are balanced with ample aromas of citrus and red berries. Full-bodied and round with a crisp back palate, this “gastronomic rosé” has more of a white wine persona, with berry notes vying with delightful tree-fruit (peach, nectarine) and citrus notes (grapefruit) and a nice cut to the finish. While it’s got plenty of personality, there’s definitely more of a lighter on its feet, white wine vibe to this effort that makes it an ideal foil for an array of foods, though it's plenty tasty to just haul off and drink.
Learn More - Henri Giraud Brut Rosé Dame Jane NVVM93$89.98Availability:In Stock
93 Points! The NV Rosé Rose Dame-Jane is light and airy in the glass. Crushed flowers, sweet crushed berries, white pepper and mint are all beautifully lifted. Translucent and gracious, the Dame-Jane is quite a departure for a house that was previously known for rich, opulent Champagnes. The Dame-Jane is done with an 'Oeil de Perdrix' base in which Pinot is given a short time on the skins for added color and structure. Right before bottling, touches of Chardonnay and still Pinot are added to fine-tune the blend. The Dame-Jane is aged entirely in sandstone terracotta, an approach that works beautifully. This release is based on 2017, with 40% reserve wines. - Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media

94 Points! The 2012 Brut Rosé de Saignée is a gorgeous wine that is full of Pinot character. Dried leaves, kirsch, tobacco and cedar are all nicely lifted. The Brut Rosé de Saignée shows the intense vintage along with the aromatic complexity of Pinot with a few years in bottle, a pretty attractive combination in my book. Disgorged: June, 2020.

Fragrant wafts of smoke and spice accent the steeped raspberry and mandarin orange peel flavors of this tightly meshed rosé Champagne, which is backed by a vivid spine of mouthwatering acidity and is silky on the palate, with hints of dried herb, licorice and toasted almond playing on the finish. Drink now through 2025. - Wine Spectator
Learn More - Bedrock Ode to Lulu Rosé Old Vine 2023$21.98Availability:In Stock
The 2023 Ode to Lulu Rosé is composed of 76% Mourvèdre, 16% Syrah, and 8% Grenache, sourced predominantly from centenarian vineyards in Contra Costa and Sonoma County. Picked at lower potential alcohol and whole-cluster pressed, the goal here is to highlight the beautiful aromatics and freshness while also feeling the natural weight of old vine Mourvèdre. What we have always loved best about the great Mourvèdre-based rosés of the world (Bandol being the most famous) is how they capture the piquant pink grapefruit and stone fruit fragrance of the variety while also letting the savory tarragon and wild herb pungency shine through. If the red wines from the variety tend towards earthiness and a terrestrial (sometimes downright funky) character, the best rosés have lip-smacking deliciousness and are almost terrifying easy to drink while being capable of developing complexity in the glass. We are very pleased with the 2023 and feel it to be a worthy iteration of what is one of the most acclaimed rosés made in the Golden State.

From the winery: In this blend of four emblematic Provençal grape varietals, each plays a distinctive role: Grenache noir 65%, Syrah 15%, Cinsault 15% and Rolle 5%. Grenache contributes roundness, delicacy, and subtle aromas, while Syrah adds power and color. Cinsault, known for finesse and fruity notes, gently balances the strength provided by Grenache and Syrah. Rolle, the iconic white grape of Provence, introduces a touch of tension, freshness, and floral notes to complete this well-balanced blend. The grapes are pressed directly, followed by a cold alcoholic fermentation process. Vinification and maturation unfold in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats, meticulously preserving the freshness and natural aromas inherent in the terroir and grape varieties. Aging for several weeks on fine lees imparts complexity and smoothness to the wine, all the while upholding Roseblood’s signature elegance and delicacy.

97 Points! This is a stunning new release from Fleur de Miraval. The best year. Aromas of peaches and flowers with cotton candy and citrus. Hints of cherries and other berries. It’s full-bodied with very fine bubbles and a creamy texture. It’s fluffy on the palate, like feathers floating through the air. Salted caramel and sweet pastry in the aftertaste. Some earthy, soil character, too. So complex. This has been made from a base of the 2018 vintage. 25% pinot noir and 75% chardonnay grand cru (50% is proprietary reserve blends from 2007 onwards, and 25% is from opened bottles of blanc de blancs Champagne, dating back to 1998) This is really unique.
