It begins with 100% Zibibbo wine from Pantelleria and incorporates purified Adriatic seawater along with caper berries, grapefruit, lemon peel, cucumber, sage, bay leaf, wormwood, and Timut pepper. The combination gives DRAI an unusually fresh, savory, and maritime character.
