Handcrafted with the infusion of wine and selected herbs including olive leaves. Olive trees are widespread on Lake Garda. The cultivation dates back to Roman Times. 

It is gentle with a warm and delicate flavor brought by the sea water and the caper distillate. Juniper, distilled in a traditional still, comes from the Balkan forests of Albania where it grows particularly resinous, giving MENEGIKS GIN accentuated balsamic notes.

A fusion of Bitter Orange and Gentian, infused with subtle undertones of Angelica, Quassia Wood, and White Cardamom, creating a perfect harmony of aromatic and mildly spicy aromas.

With the 2005 vintage, we hatched the plan to create a spirit using the marc of our Bricco dell’Uccellone. The resulting Grappa is aged for three years in barriques used previously to age this wine. Being winemakers, we number our Grappa, silk-screening the vintage onto the bottle, something which is rare in the world of spirits and distillates. The taste is exciting: the austere and elegant sensory profile reveals the DNA of Barbera and the essence of Bricco dell’Uccellone. -Producer's website

Fiori d'Arancio Orange Blossoms + Zest of Sweet and Normal Oranges The Liquori delle Sirene are a collection of bitters and liqueurs made by the lovely Elisa Carta, a trained sommelier and olive oil taster, and a passionate herbalist. All of her products were born on Lake Garda, and were inspired by its gardens, colors, sunsets, and aromas. Many of the botanicals come from here. The name Sirene is a tribute to one of the most beautiful bays in the lake, Baia delle Sirene (Bay of the Sirens), and its story. Liquori delle Sirene are the fruit of a long and passionate research, and the reworking of old family recipes for Italian liqueurs and elixirs. No chemicals or artificial coloring are used in any of Elisa’s products.

Our London Dry Gin investigates the great botanical heritage of Tuscany and the Chianti Classico region.

In fact, like no other product could do, our London Dry embodies the perfect exemplification of what the terroir is, expanding its boundaries to the Gin category. Our wine distillate (made from Sangiovese grapes) together with a unique selection of botanicals from the Tuscan tradition is distilled again with our Pot Still alembic in order to obtain a Gin capable of transporting you to the heart of our land.
