It tapers off with excellent length and clarity, leaving flinty notes and a lemony concentration that has me looking back to the glass for more. A sweet herbal resonance lingers over hints of tangerine, as the 2025 leaves the palate completely refreshed. Medium-bodied, it has bright acidity and a chalky structure. Made mostly from old-vine Mourvèdre with less Grenache and more Carignan in this vintage to preserve freshness, it’s killer as always.
