  4. Bethany Old Vine Grenache Barossa 2015
    $21.98
    Availability:In Stock
Importer notes: 2015 Bethany Estate Old Vine Grenache is one of the prized treasures of the Barossa and a much loved variety for Bethany Wines. The grapes for this wine are sourced from three Grenache blocks within the Schrapel family vineyards with vines aged from 50 to over 90 years old. In a spectacular vintage such as 2016, these gnarled old vines produce grapes of intensity, power and beauty and we strive to capture those qualities in this bottle. With a color and nose redolent of dark cherries and hibiscus flowers this wine is immediately seductive. The palate has cherries, wild strawberries and dark spices that intermingle with fine grained tannins to produce a wine with a long finish of spice and cacao. Learn More
  5. Penfolds Grange 2013
    WA100
    $749.98
    Availability:In Stock
100 Points! Remember that old Heinz Ketchup “anticipation” ad from the 1970s? The palate of this 2013 Grange does just that. It makes you wait with so much delicious promise being drip fed into the mouth at first—and then it bursts forth and delivers!

This vintage is a blend of 96% Shiraz and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, coming from the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and Magill Estate. Very deep inky purple-black colored, the 2013 Grange has a profoundly scented nose of crème de cassis, preserved black plums, blueberry pie and licorice over nuances of baker’s chocolate, smoky bacon and fragrant earth, plus exotic spice wafts of cumin seed, cardamom, fenugreek and star anise. Unfurling and slowly building in the medium to full-bodied mouth with wonderful grace and depth, it reveals an incredible array of ripe black fruit, spice, meat and earth-inspired flavors, with a rock-solid frame to support this beauty (it should easily cellar for 40+ years!), while previously latent flavors emerge fully on the epically long finish, culminating in that ultimate Grange experience. Oh, yes. - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Wine Advocate

  6. Howard Park Cabernet Sauvignon Miamup Margaret River 2014
    WE91
    $19.98
    Availability:In Stock
91 Points! This wine is dusty and a little austere but is unmistakably Margaret River. Aromas of cedar, pencil lead, blackberry, baking spices and cocoa powder are followed by a drying palate wrapped in savory tannins. The fruit is slightly lost here, and things are still on the lean and mean side, but this should behave a little more generously with time in the cellar. Drink 2020–2027. - Wine Enthusiast Learn More
  7. Yalumba Grenache Tri-Centenary Vineyard Barossa Valley 2012
    JS96
    $39.98
    Availability:In Stock
96 Points!  This has a truly commanding style with aromas of raspberries, dark cherries and a hint of wild herbs. With plenty of depth and detail on the palate, it has impressive presence, concentration, style and substance. Old-vine tannins (1889-planted bush vines) deliver a grenache that will age a long time and drive a deep, darker-berry-flavored finish. Striking. Drink now to 2025. - JamesSuckling.com

A unique spin on Barossa Shiraz, this one has more of a Barossa-meets-Beaujolais vibe to it with an ultra-fruity (not cholcatey) urgent berry character and inky hue that we believe may come from some carbonic maceration.  Fun stuff!
