Willett 8 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited release from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Aged for eight years and bottled at 108 proof, the 2023 release showcases a concentrated style with mature oak influence, rich sweetness, and the distinctive character associated with Willett’s small-production whiskeys.

 Aromas of dark caramel, vanilla, cherry, and toasted oak emerge alongside cinnamon and warm spice. The palate is full and layered with brown sugar, dark fruit, baking spice, and roasted nuts framed by firm oak. The finish is long and warming with lingering caramel, spice, and rich barrel notes.
