Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Try our staple offering neat or over ice to get to know it, then mix it into warm or cold cocktails to learn its many nuances.

Home Base’s first liqueur release is our West Coast take on an amaro-style bitter liqueur. A California-grown grape brandy base is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals, and bittered with gentian root and bitter orange. Sip neat as a digestif or use it to brighten any drink.

Amaro is an Italian word for bitter, but our Amaro is a much more complex spirit than just bitter. Our Amaro features Prickly Pear, which can be found growing all over Southern California. When sipping our amaro, the prickly pear gives a light, fruity, almost bubble gum flavor at first. That gives way to the Gentian root bitterness from which the spirits name is derived. It then finishes with a savory smokiness from the smoked black cardamom.

Silhouette is enjoyed straight or on the rocks; served with water (both cold and hot); served in a chu-hi (or shochu highball) mixed with soda and fruit juice; or served with oolong tea or matcha tea. Silhouette can also be a versatile base for low-alcohol cocktails.

Nose: Ryegrass, vanilla, raspberry raisins, baking spices and oak wood.

Palate: Big bold notes of orange and
other assorted dark fruits balanced perfectly with hints of chocolate and caramel all balanced perfectly with plenty of spices like clove and nutmeg.

Lagrimas del Valle is a Vintage, “Rancho Unico” (Single Ranch) Tequila — celebrating the unique and distinctive characteristics of the very best single ranches of Agave.

Lagrimas is produced in collaboration with the Rosales family, of Tequila Cascahuin, lead by current Master Distiller, Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo – the fourth generation of his family, their distilling tradition dating back to 1904 in El Arenal, Jalisco; within the heart of the “Valley” of Tequila. Lagrimas del Valle translates to “Tears of the Valley” – representing the tears that form both on a tasting glass from high quality Agave spirits, as well as the “tears” or condensed spirits falling into the still, the transformation of Agave into Tequila itself.

This Plata or Blanco "El Sabino" hails from Rancho Teuchitlan in Jalisco. Elevation is 1,261 Meters with an average agave brix at 40%.

A Blend of VSOP (Pre Ocean Maturation) and XO. Un-Chillfiltered and aged in Sauternes casks. A Sauternes lovers dream Cognac! Tons of botrytis-y chatracter coming through from the barrel finish. Loads of graham cracker, dried fruits, and a decidedly white grape character make this a lucious sipper.

Conceived by the Master Blender, Jeffrey Karlovitch, and many years in the making, this cognac could be nothing less than extraordinary. Being one of the world authorities in Japanese Mizunara oak, having worked with it for close to 20 years, he knew that younger cognacs would be overwhelmed by the Japanese oak. Only older, XO cognac genuinely and exceptionally unleash the flavors and intricacies of Mizunara .

Notes of toasted coconut, sandalwood and hints of dark carmelized honey.

Made from Cognacs ranging from 25 to 32 years of age.

Beautifully complex nose. Vegetal notes such as celery, eggplant and olives are brightened by grapefruit and lemon leaf accents complimented by aromas of chile pasilla, corn, ciabatta bread, and a hint of iodine.

Los Siete Misterios Arroqueno Mezcal is clear and very bright with silver tones and a great body. On the nose, delicate notes of butter, herbal shades of mint, thyme, and cooked agave; smoky notes and a delicate floral presence. On the palate, the herbal and floral notes prevail, leaving a nice sweet finish with hints of moist earth.

Tasting Notes: Clocking in just past the 12th month of aging that delineates reposado from añejo, this is a particularly elegant example of the rare pleasures oaked agave spirits can offer. Aged entirely in ex-Napa Valley red wine casks of American oak, Amatiteña Añejo seems to gracefully straddle the line between terroir and barrel influence, between serious tequila and nightcap treat—all without a moment’s hesitation. Indulgent aromas of fresh glazed donuts, subtle tobacco leaf, candied dates, and petit dejeuner with a palate that is at once generous and elusive, with bold confectionary flavors of vanilla, caramel, dried cherry, candied plum, sweet potato, black walnut, and subtle marzipan…but retaining a texture that is delicate and ethereal. Rich in profile yet lean enough that it never topples into decadence, this is an añejo that stirs memory.

Tasting Notes: Aged for just 2 minimalist months in ex-bourbon barrels, Amatiteña Reposado trades in the bold power, passion, and pride of the blanco expressions for an easy—even laid-back—character, offering a crowd pleaser that only whispers at the wildness it sprang from. Refreshing and uncomplicated, yet with enough grace and nuance to remain endlessly engaging, this reposado balances herbs and fruit and pastry with aplomb. Aromas of subtle butterscotch, fresh brick powder, light resin, and green pea shoots transition to a palate that explodes with sweet roasted carrot, raspberry sherbet, soft baking spices, wet tile, faint orange rind, honeydew, and a finish of crème brûlée and golden beets. Deliriously easy to drink.

The El Dorado 12 Year Old possesses a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavours, owing largely to the estery richness acquired from the EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.

A blend of two whiskeys: a high-rye bourbon and a whiskey made with 48% rye, 40% corn, and 12% malted barley. Dill, tarragon, spearmint, iced tea, cured tobacco leaf, roasted nuts, red apple, black cherry, and lemonade on the nose. A balanced and textured palate, with iced tea, dark fruit, roasted pecans, mild spice, and rich chocolate flavors. Deeply aromatic, elegant, and soft. Deep and complex with multiple layers of dried fig jam, toasty nuts with a beautiful spicy finish. Smooth, well-balanced natural sweetness. The whisky leaves a beautifully elegant and long finish. Aged to perfection in triple wood: Spanish Oak, French Limousin Oak, and White Oak which adds depth and smoothness to this whisky. This character-rich whisky is best served neat.

Nose - Thick caramel, subtle dry baking spices and lighter leather and barrel char. Medicinal cherry and raspberry, buttery toffee, and a growing chocolate with soft slightly herbal earthy sweetness.

Palate - More spice to the palate than on the nose. Cola-like sweetness with some cherry and raspberry red fruits, walnut, semi-sweet chocolate and slightly dry oak.
