94 Points!  Packed with spice and mineral, this is all about the terroir. Hints of peach and golden apple peek through, but it's the savory, stony, smoky character that makes this elegant Riesling compelling. Just won't quit on the finish either. Drink now through 2025. - Wine Spectator

94 Points!  More floral and herbal than fruity. This needs a year or two to open up and give its best. However, it has an impressive concentration and an iron-firm core already. A long and subtle finish. Better from 2019. - JamesSuckling.com

96 Points!  Super peachy with great brilliance and refinement. This is a great Spätlese that's dry enough for the finest lobster dish, but it is also powerful enough to cope with the spiciest curry. The very long finish keeps pumping out fruit and minerals. Drink or hold. - JamesSuckling.com

    JS93
    WA91
    $19.98
    Availability:In Stock
93 Points!  Slightly funky from the wild ferment, but it also has tons of orange blossoms and candied citrus. Powerful and crisp, this wine has nothing whatsoever to do with the category of estate riesling it ostensibly belongs to. Serious concentration and structure here. A long mineral-herbal finish that hits you like a tidal wave. Drink or hold. Screw cap. - JamesSuckling.com

  8. Markus Molitor Riesling Spatlese Urziger Wurzgarten Weisse Kapsel 2016
    WA95
    $26.98
    Availability:In Stock
95+ Points! The 2016 Riesling Ürziger Würzgarten Spätlese (White Capsule) offers a deep and complex yet delicate and discreetly flinty nose with a very fine, fresh and bright citrus and stony aroma. Full-bodied, intense and lush on the palate, this is a silky textured, highly elegant and superbly balanced Würzgarten with an intense and powerful, very mineral and salty finish. The wine reveals great complexity along with serious grip and tensioned length but keeps its great finesse. Fermented and aged in large oak barrels until the bottling in September 2017. Tasted March 2018. - Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate

  10. Rebholz Gewurztraminer Spatlese Pfalz 2015
    VM90
    $37.98
    Availability:In Stock
90 Points! Lychee and ripe muskmelon on the nose announce that this will represent a very different side of its grape’s personality from the present collection’s corresponding dry “vom Lösslehm” bottling. A glycerol-rich but alcoholically lightweight (9.5 percent) palate features the aforementioned fruits, leading to a lushly lingering, rather overbearingly sweet finish. Even so, some floral and herbal nuances peek shyly through the rich fruit and residual sugar. And you certainly can’t fault this bottling on polish or purity. - David Schildknecht, Vinous Media

  11. Monchhof Riesling Kabinett Urzig Wurzgarten 2016
    WE92
    $17.98
    Availability:In Stock
92 Points! Juicy squirts of tropical pineapple, melon and tangerine burst from nose to finish in this zesty spry kabinett. While light in body and delicately textured, there's a honeyed heft on the midpalate off set by dazzling streaks acidity and crystalline minerality. - Wine Enthusiast Learn More
  12. Florian Weingart Riesling Spatlese Schloss Furstenberg 2004
    WA90
    $29.98
    Availability:In Stock
90 Points! The 2004 Schloss Furstenberg Riesling Spatlese smells extravagantly of peach, cherry, pink grapefruit and vanilla. A suggestion of milkiness on the nose suggests to Weingart that perhaps this started into malo-lactic conversion. But, no matter, the wine is compelling. Sweet, honeyed and creamy in the mouth, it preserves enough citricity to stay lively and project its effusively ripe, subtly botrytized fruit personality into a gushing finish. This suggests the flavors of a young 1975, and its ample stuffing and residual sugar may well help to render it a good 20-year keeper. - David Schildknecht, robertparker.com Learn More
  13. Willi Schaefer Riesling Kabinett Graacher Himmelreich Mosel 2017
    JS95
    $29.98
    Availability:In Stock
95 Points! Amazingly concentrated for a Kabinett, but it is also cool and finely nuanced with an entire spectrum of fruit and herbal notes. Hints of smoke and flint, too. The crystalline clarity of the long finish is literally breathtaking. Drink or hold. - James Suckling, jamessuckling.com

    WA93
    $24.98
    Availability:Out of Stock
93 Points! The 2017 Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Riesling Kabinett is clear, precise, herbal and flinty but also ripe and generous on the nose. It is lush and piquant on the palate yet cooler than the Würzgarten. This is a refined, elegant, fresh and firmly structured Riesling with grip and tension and a rather quiet nature. Bottled with 50 grams per liter of residual sugar and 8.5 grams per liter of acidity. Tasted in March 2019. - Stephan Reinhardt, robertparker.com Learn More
