We were among the first in America to champion Thibaud Boudignon back in 2013, and today he's a bona fide rock star whose wines grace Michelin-starred lists across Europe and are heavily allocated stateside. Trained in Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Australia before mastering the Loire, Thibaud farms a scant 5 acres organically, including Chenin adjacent to Nicolas Joly's famed Coulée de Serrant. His Rosé began as a favor to his California importer and has become a cult classic. Sourced primarily from old-vine Cabernet Franc around Anjou, native yeast fermented, and aged 4-6 months in stainless steel, the 2025 delivers the varietal intensity and terroir of a fine red Chinon in pink form: minerally, savory, and saline, with a juicy punch of watermelon-inflected fruit that keeps you coming back. At $23.98, it's world-class Rosé for half what a comparable (or lesser) Provence bottling would cost.

From shallow soils on grey schist, ryholite (volcanic soil) and sand, 35+ year-old vines. Vinification in French + Austrian oak barrel (various volume), indigenous yeast fermentation. No malo-lactic fermentation. Aged in barrels of 350L and 700L volume, up to 30% new.

Who needs Sancerre when you have Quincy? This is a blend of several plots of Sauvignon on alluvial sand and gravel atop clay-limestone subsoil wiht an average vine age of 45 years. Harvested slightly overripe to seek ripe fruit and richness on the palette. Pneumatic pressing, undergoes a cold pre-fermentation maceration in temperature-controlled inox , as means to search for a balance between freshness and fruitiness according to the vintage. The wines are then racked onto their fine lees and aged for a few more months. Aging 6 months.

From 40+ year-old vines in the Cru of Goulaine. Fermentation takes place over 27 days with native yeasts. Wine is aged 32 months on the lees before bottling. Nose of crystallized lemon and very ripe orange. The wine is round and supple on the palate with great minerality and a very long finish. 

"Vieilles Vignes" comes from vines with a minimum of 50 years of age. The wine is a blend of two distinct terroirs, one in flatter sections closer to the Vienne river; the other on the hillsides.Calcareous soils with hard rock underneath on the hillsides. Flint-clay on limestone in the flats. Native-yeast fermentation in small concrete vats. Maceration of 30 days. Aging for about 6 months in French oak barrels of 5 to 10 years of age.
