Right off this forthcoming wine offers waves of white peach, Bosc pear and Meyer lemon aromas. Also in this harmonious mix are baked apple, chestnut honey, bees wax, present in the background. It is truly fruit-rich in the mouth, where the texture is almost sinewy and the flavors are a luxuriant mix of apple, honey, pear skin, roasted grain, citron and a smack of citrus at the end. It is at the finish that the wine reveals its relative youth, as fresh apple and citrus flavors stay dominant as in the mouth. Learn More
  2. Cherry Pie Pinot Noir Tri-County 2017
    $16.98
    Availability:In Stock
From the winery: Combining three counties, each in its own distinct AVA, Cherry Pie Pinot Noir showcases the best of each counties unique flavor profile. The Sonoma County grapes are primarily sourced from the Russian River Valley which is a warmer growing climate for Pinot Noir that results in lush juicy fruit flavors with an undertone of minerality from the soil. The grapes from Monterey County are sourced from the Alta Loma Vineyard and Arroyo Loma Vineyard which overlook the Salinas River Valley and are planted on gravelly loam soil which creates rich, concentrated earthly flavors in the fruit. The Santa Barbara County grapes are from the Los Alamos Vineyard which lies tucked into a canyon that leads directly to the Pacific Ocean. The sandy soils, bright sunshine and cool ocean breezes combine to lengthen fruit ripening and extend hang time, resulting in intense aromatics and great acidity. Learn More
  3. Cherry Pie Pinot Noir Stanly Ranch Carneros 2014
    WS90
    WE90
    WA91
    $43.98
    Availability:In Stock
91 Points! Woodbridge’s Midas touch with Cabernet Sauvignon also extends to his Pinot Noirs. He makes three of them – two from the Sonoma Coast and one from the Southern Napa Valley site called Stanley Ranch that was often used by Berringer. The 2013s are all brilliantly packaged with a gorgeous picture of a cherry pie on the label. The 2013 Cherry Pie Pinot Noir Stanly Ranch is a hefty Pinot at 15+% natural alcohol, but exhibits delicious kirsch liqueur notes, roasted herbs, spice box and medium to full-bodied fleshy and succulent fruit and texture. It is a sexy, endearing style to drink over the next 5-7 years. - Robert Parker, robertparker.com Learn More
  4. Chateau Montelena Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2016
    JD92
    $54.98
    Availability:In Stock

92 Points!  The largest production cuvée is the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, which comes mostly from Calistoga (there's a small amount of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from Oak Knoll) and spends 16 months in roughly 20% new French oak. Its ruby/purple color is followed by a vibrant, juicy wine that has plenty of black cherry, blackberry, spring flowers, and graphite. It's medium-bodied, elegant and seamless, with terrific purity and a balanced, juicy style. It's beautiful, classic Napa Valley Cabernet to drink over the coming 10-15 years. - Jeb Dunnuck, jebdunnuck.com

  5. Chalk Hill Estate Red 2015
    WA94+
    $44.98
    Availability:In Stock
94+ Points! The 2015 Estate Red is deep garnet-purple colored and delivers a good amount of oak-inspired notions to begin over a core of blackcurrant cordial, blackberry pie, preserved plums and chocolate box with hints of vanilla pod and cigar box. Big, concentrated and full-bodied, the palate is jam-packed with black fruit preserves, framed by ripe, firm, grainy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing on a woody note. Forget it for 5-6 years and drink it over the next 20. - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, robertparker.com Learn More
