The 2022 Inseparable offers a slightly darker-fruited, more structured profile than the comparatively lithe and lifted 2021 I tasted next to it and will likely benefit from a bit of extra bottle aging to reveal its full potential. It opens with a subtle, herbal and black-fruited nose that gradually gains amplitude in the glass, introducing a svelte, elegantly concentrated palate retaining the finesse that defines the Per Se Range. It closes with a delineated, fine-grained and pleasantly drying finish.
