Distilled at Stitzel-Weller in Louisville, Kentucky, and bottled at 90 proof, this limited release highlights the depth and mature character that comes from extended barrel aging.

Aromas of caramel, vanilla, dried cherry, and toasted oak unfold with hints of baking spice. The palate is rich and rounded with brown sugar, dark fruit, cinnamon, and mature oak. The finish is long and warming with lingering vanilla, spice, and seasoned wood.
