Old Fitzgerald 7-Year

Old Fitzgerald 7-Year Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky using the historic Old Fitzgerald wheated bourbon recipe. Aged for seven years and bottled at 100 proof in accordance with Bottled-in-Bond regulations, it combines the softer character of wheat with extended maturation in new charred oak barrels.

Aromas of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and warm baking spice lead into a rich, rounded palate. Notes of butterscotch, baked fruit, cinnamon, and sweet oak unfold over a creamy texture. The finish is long and warming with lingering vanilla, caramel, and gentle spice.
