Matured for 18 years in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof, this long-aged expression emphasizes deep oak complexity while retaining the rich caramel and vanilla character associated with Knob Creek.

Deep aromas of caramel, vanilla, toasted nuts, and seasoned oak open with hints of dried fruit and baking spice. The palate is full and structured with brown sugar, dark cherry, cinnamon, leather, and rich oak. The finish is long and warming with lingering vanilla, spice, and mature barrel notes.
