This fine oil is produced from organic olive groves on and neighboring the historic Le Corti estate south of Florence which are pressed in the property’s mill. A proprietary blend which is selected and blended by the importer along with Principe Duccio Corsini, this oil possesses the perfect balance of herbal and pepper notes for which Tuscan oil is known. It is rounded out with just a touch or riper, creamier oil from neighbors’ groves for balance and richness. This is the house extra virgin olive oil at Berkeley’s famed Chez Panisse.
