$32.98HURRY, ONLY 5 LEFT!From the Producer: How to describe our American Dry Gin? Liquor.com called it “an aromatic powerhouse.” We can get behind that. The main punch comes from juniper (naturally) but with a creative twist. We add nine botanicals to a base spirit distilled from organic grown wheat. The uniqueness of our distillation process creates a bright, vibrant and nuanced gin that is a perfect balance between our herbal, floral and citrus components: elderflower, cinnamon and chamomile. It’s a mix unlike any other. 47% ABV 94 Points (Outstanding) Tasting Panel Magazine

1792 Small Batch Bourbon
$30.98HURRY, ONLY 6 LEFT!The Small Batch is 1792’s flagship offering. It is a high rye bourbon, which means that the composition of the grain is a high percentage of rye in relation to the corn that leads the bill. The mash bill itself is 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley -- using rye as the second most sizeable grain makes for a bolder, spicier bourbon. But even with a high rye component and such bold spice, the 1792 retains a masterful elegance.

Old World Spirits St. Blaise Vodka
$19.98Out of StockOut of stockDavorin Kuchan has been distilling spirits since his early days as a winemaker and eau-de-vie expert back in Croatia. When he established Old World Spirits here on the San Francisco Peninsula (right outside of Belmont), he brought with him the traditions and expertise of old world production methods and used them to formulate West Coast versions of his original spirits. Using a unique finishing process (including granite and active charcoal sedimentation) and an ultra-slow, subsonic, continuous, multi-stage filtering process, Davorin has created a California version of his old St. Blaise vodka; a tribute to the patron saint of Croatia. Based off his eau-de-vie and grappa filtration methods, the idea is to polish and soften the spirit without striping the inherent character. The vodka is proofed with soft California Sierra spring water. The final product is soft, supple, and slightly creamy in texture with accents of sweet fruit in the background. It's one of the most pure and elegant vodkas we've ever tasted.
