This whiskey is a collaboration between Kings County Distillery and Parlor Coffee, both based in Brooklyn. It combines Kings County's house-made bourbon and corn whiskey with Parlor's cold brew coffee, resulting in a unique and balanced spirit.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Freshly brewed coffee intertwined with sweet grain notes, complemented by subtle hints of chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: Robust coffee flavors harmoniously blended with the smoothness of the grain spirit, enriched by notes of dark chocolate and a touch of caramel.

This venerable whiskey is reminiscent of the Springbank 25 year olds of the early 1990s, and so we believe the cask is one seasoned in the old style, a rare find in today’s market. Characteristic of Campbeltown whiskeys, salt dominates on the nose, followed closely by the rich fruitiness notable in Springbank whiskey, offering up dried apricots and spiced pear. Peaty notes creep up slowly, as the coastal style makes an impact with smoky, chocolate rich notes on the palate. A rich, oily middle and a long finish, the richness complemented by lighter lemon notes and barley sugar.

The 15 Year’s nose opens with subtle fragrant pear notes that give way to aromas of raisin and pungent brown sugar. Rich black currant jam and brûlée caramel flavors unfold, leading into spice notes of ginger snaps and fresh-cracked black pepper. Butterscotch candy lingers on the soft, extended finish.

90 Points! The NV Amontillado Escuadrilla Solera Reserva which is over 15 years of age reveals some caramel notes, a touch of raisins, and an overall sweet sensation in the nose, complemented by the recurring hazelnut notes, while the palate is very dry, full-bodied, powerful and even has some tannin in the finish. 95 Points! Mainly Mourvèdre, with bits of Grenache and Syrah, this estate's 2018 Bandol offers up profound notes of plummy fruit and cola-like spices. Full-bodied, deep and rich, this is lovely stuff, overflowing with black cherries and subtle spice shadings framed by ripe tannins. From the winery: Our 2021 Pickberry Merlot comes from the firm, clay-based soils, about 600' up the northern slopes of Sonoma Mountain. Mother Nature pushed ripeness faster on us than in previous years, trading out lighter herbaceous notes of previous vintages for a focused fruit profile. The wines massive structure coupled with Pickberry's signature blue fruit and intense menthol notes is just right on.

Crafted in small batches using estate-grown, hard red spring wheat and Yellowstone spring water from Big Sky, Montana. While most grains yield around 3% protein, the heirloom variety used here yields 18%. This superior quality wheat has been selectively bred on family farms for over 118 years. 

Notes of sweet cream, vanilla and toasted brioche. Smooth rich and plush. Long sweet and creamy with notes of almond and citrus on the palate.

This distinctive version is rich and ripe, as well as lively and zesty, with a burst of blueberry, raspberry and black currant flavors that mesh nicely with a vibrant set of sweet bay leaf, violet and sassafras notes. The fruit and savory sides race through the finish, where a subtle iron note emerges. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. - Wine Spectator

Initial sweet notes on the front of the tongue. Well balanced mouth feel with spicy notes including white pepper on the middle and back of the tongue from the younger vintage and high rye mash bill.

Good balance of sweet and oak flavors including hints of caramel (from the #4 charred barrels, caramelized wood sugar), fruit flavor and rye spice. Finishes smooth with no alcohol burn even at 100 proof.

Deep garnet-purple in color, it bursts with ready to go notes of juicy plums and cassis, giving way to nuances of dried mint, spice cake, and licorice.
