94 Points! Moving to the Pinot Noirs, the base appellation 2018 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast was 60% destemmed and spent 11 months in 20% new French oak. This gorgeous Pinot Noir displays lots of red and black raspberry fruits, notes of forest floor, smoked earth, and a touch of graphite. With medium-bodied richness, a solid spine of acidity, building tannins, and straight-up beautiful balance, it's going to benefit from another year or two of bottle age and keep for a decade. Solstice is our California take on the classic aperitivo - it’s fresh, bright, and unlike anything else. We create an infusion of whole strawberries (with their green tops), grapefruit, and orange peels in grape brandy, then “wash” the fruit with wine to pull out every last bit of flavor. That is all mixed together in tanks, where we then do a quick infusion of dried hibiscus flowers, which deepen the red color and provide a beautiful floral and tart note. The resulting aperitif is bright and lifted, with a subtle bitter backbone that balances the sweetness.

92+ Points! It's telling that even Togni's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Tanbark Hill Vineyard—the early-drinking wine—needs a few years in the cellar. The barest hint of bell pepper accents bold cassis fruit and notes of wild thyme on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is fairly open and generous, with enough suppleness to suggest only five years of cellaring will be necessary. From the importer: Nicoletta Bocca is known as a maverick for her ultra-long aged Langhe cuvées, among the finest in the entire region. “Valdibà” is her youthful expression of the Dogliani DOCG, made all in steel cuve, which shows in the fresh brightness of the wine. Nicoletta considers this to be classical Dolcetto, striking all of the notes one would expect from the variety, with a confident tannic backbone. From southeast and northwest-facing vines in the Barracone and San Fereolo vineyards in the Valdibà subsection of Dogliani.

93 Points! The 2023 Silver Label is a ripe and balanced Monastrell with integrated oak. It matured in new and second-use French oak barrels for one year, but they were looking for lower toast and less impact of the wood in this wine versus earlier vintages, when it was 100% new oak. It has a fruit-driven nose with some spicy notes, a medium- to full-bodied palate and less alcohol than last year, 14.5%, with a tender mouthfeel. Our pioneering pink gin is sweet, flavorful and floral. Originally created for Valentine’s Day, it was loved by so many we decided to make it a permanent expression!

Our Head Distiller crafts Love Gin using raspberries and strawberries from Fife Fruits who are based at Tarvit Home Farm – just a 15-minute drive from our distillery. Alongside this, he uses goji berries, red rose petal and rhubarb root among other botanicals.

This gin has a beautiful pink blush color and packs sweet vanilla and floral notes with a fruity finish.

Overture 2021, the first vintage-dated bottling of the second wine of Opus One, offers fresh aromas of plum, blackberry, and cherry enhanced by alluring notes of dried rose petal, forest floor, and earthy minerality. Juicy and bright on the palate with distinctive flavors of black currant, blueberry, and fraises du bois; the wine delivers a velvety texture with powdery tannins. Subtle coffee and dark chocolate round out the long finish coupled with a well-integrated acidity.

La Tierra de Acre Mezcal Tepeztate is a uniquely complex and eccentric product. The agave is harvested from the wild at ~25 years old, and the abundance of flavors absorbed over the plants long life are reflected in the final product. Floral, herbal and root aromas abound, with medium instensity on the nose with the fresh sweet and citric notes. Souced from the foothills around Santa Ana del Rio in Oaxaca, Tepeztate is made from Agave Marmorata, roasted for five days and milled using the Tahona method. 45% ABV.

It’s a wine that punches way above its weight class. Blind, you’re thinking about cuvees that sell for 2-3 times the price. It has all the florality and elegance of top-notch Puligny.

Barr Hill Raw Honey is the distinctive ingredient in Barr Hill Gin. It is always kept raw (never heated or pasteurized) to retain the depth of the character of the land from which it comes. Its floral depth is a testament to the hard work of the honey bees that forage our region. This is truly one of nature's most precious treasures.

Please note that real raw honey will crystallize over time. If this happens you can place the honey jar in warm (not hot) water and stir until the crystals dissolve.

The R. Renaudin Brut Réserve Non-Vintage spent an amazing 14 years en tirage in their cold cellar near Epernay before recent disgorgement. Incredible! The base wine for this 100% Chardonnay cuvee was from the 2010 vintage. Damn. And, of course, the usual 20% of the cuvee is reserve wine from an even older stocks. Crazy. The house does no malolactic fermentation so the wines have a naturally bright, vivid, green apple character that meshes wonderfully with the brioche-y notes from the extnded time aging in bottle prior to disgorgement.
