With remarkable purity and finesse, it's full-bodied, has a great mid-palate, silky tannins, and a great finish. He wanted to avoid the varietal character and have a blend this year that is really vibrant, with pungent acidity and minerality. All wines fermented with natural yeasts and no acidification.
