E.H. Taylor, Jr. Straight Rye Whiskey is a Bottled-in-Bond release made from a mash bill of rye and malted barley, with no corn, resulting in a whiskey that showcases rye’s bold, spicy character. Its rich mahogany hue reflects the careful aging process.

On the nose, it offers an inviting mix of toasted oak, rye spice, black pepper, mint, and subtle notes of pear. The palate opens with a burst of rye spice and pepper, balanced by caramel sweetness, fresh mint, and hints of citrus. The whiskey’s oily texture coats the mouth, enhancing the complexity of flavors.
