Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Try our staple offering neat or over ice to get to know it, then mix it into warm or cold cocktails to learn its many nuances.

Home Base Single Malt is a unique Californian spirit capturing the terroir of the West Coast. It’s made from 100% estate malted barley and aged in ex-Home Base Bourbon barrels to let the grain flavor shine. In 2023, it received a Good Food Award in the Spirits category.

We recommended you enjoy it neat, over ice, or in a favorite Scotchy cocktail to experience the earthy, grassy nose with flavor notes of maple, cream soda, caramel, and honey nut.

This whiskey is crafted by twin sisters Ali and Sam Blatteis of Home Base Spirits. It is distilled at Corbin Cash Distillery in Atwater, California, and aged in ex-Home Base Bourbon barrels at their facility in Berkeley. The use of organic corn and sustainable practices reflects their commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.

Nose: Aromas of sweet corn and subtle oak.

Palate: Classic kettle corn sweetness with notes of buttered popcorn; smooth and approachable.

Finish: Clean and crisp, making it suitable for sipping or mixing.

Home Base’s first liqueur release is our West Coast take on an amaro-style bitter liqueur. A California-grown grape brandy base is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals, and bittered with gentian root and bitter orange. Sip neat as a digestif or use it to brighten any drink.

Our cask-strength bourbon is a special blend of our unproofed flagship bourbon and a five-year wheated bourbon. made with organic grains in Sebastopol, CA. Like all our whiskies, it’s carefully blended and non-chill filtered.

Specifically crafted for the high-proof whiskey lover, this bourbon is blended to be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in a very strong cocktail.

98 Points! A fabulous young wine with a long career ahead. Showing the angular nature of youth, a little bony in terms of tannins, but so concentrated, firm, juicy and full. 97+ Points! The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is showing very well for a wine that was bottled just a few months ago. Sweet floral and spice notes open first, conferring notable freshness and vibrancy. Medium in body and beautifully persistent, the 2021 impresses with its finesse more than anything else. Time in the glass brings out hints of red/purplish fruit, rose petal, lavender and spice. The Cornell Cabernet Sauvignon usually needs a few years to blossom post bottling, as I once again saw with the 2018 that I opened at home recently. I expect that will be the case here as well. Artisanal Old Fashioned Syrup that makes mixing up the easiest of cocktails simple and delicious. This delicately sweet syrup is light on the tongue, and will brighten up your spirits thanks to nuanced flavors of cherry cordial, orange zest, campfire and an herbaceous finish that hints at, but is never medicinal.

To make a perfect at home Old Fashioned, combine ½ oz of Old Fashioned Syrup with 2 oz. of whiskey and several drops of orange bitters. Stir with ice, strain into rocks glass over large ice cube and garnish with orange peel and a luxardo cherry.

96 Points! Cenizas is made with the American clone UCD1, which seems to have found a home from home on the edge of Lago Colbún. Lees aged for eight months, it's a pale, refined, remarkably transparent expression of Sauvignon Blanc on volcanic soils, with kiwi fruit and citrus flavours, mouth-watering acidity and a tapering, slightly salty finish. -  Tim Atkin, MW

94 Points! This sauvignon blanc isn’t simple or punchy. It’s sharp, with lovely acidity and excellent volume on the palate. Lots of seashells, chalk, limes and some stone fruit. Shirley Temple’s favorite companion and a bartender’s go-to add-in. Grenadine syrup has been used as the primary inspiration for many cocktails and sweet-treat mocktails. This home-bartender staple will get poured over and over again, probably better get two!

Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the “home” estate, very close to Colgin's Tychson Hill vineyard, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Morlet Estate has a deep garnet-purple color, striding confidently out of the glass with classic notes of cassis, baked plums, ripe blackberries and pencil lead, plush nuances of tobacco leaf, black olives, violets and bay leaves with an exotic touch of cardamom. The full-bodied palate explodes in the mouth with crunchy black and blue fruits, supported by firm, grainy tannins and bags of freshness, finishing long with loads of mineral sparks. - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, robertparker.com

98 Points! The Morlet Estate cuvée was first produced in 2016 and comes from vines just beside the winery, right off Highway 29, north of St. Helena. It might be the most Bordeaux-like wine in the lineup with its textbook Cabernet notes of cedar pencil, green tobacco, and bouquet garni nuances, yet it still brings that classic Napa Valley fruit and richness, with loads of red, blue, and black fruits all present. Full-bodied, concentrated, and nicely structured on the palate, this beauty is balanced, has integrated acidity, ripe, building tannins, and a great finish. As with all these 2018s from Luc Morlet, it’s an incredible bottle of wine that’s almost impossible to find fault with. While it’s thrilling today, 2-4 years of bottle age are warranted, and it should evolve for decades. - Jeb Dunnuck

This wine comes from the following climats: En Songe, En Jouise, En Billard, En Dérée, Croix des Champs, Sylvie, La Justice, Charreux and two parcels of the clos surrounding their home. Average age of vines from these different parcels is around fifty-five years.

Simply put, our Nebbiolo discovery of the year! Paolo Veglio singlehandedly farms his 9 hectares of vineyards in Barbaresco, overlooking the Tanaro river. His neighbor? Gaja's Roncagliette, home to the legendary Sori Tildin and Costa Russi botltings from that legendary label. But, if we had our druthers, we'd take Paolo's 2021 Roccalini bottling from 60+ year-old vines over those wines, it is MAGICAL. 

This Daiginjo sake offers an aromatic and smooth profile with notes of ripe raspberry, melon, daphne, dried flowers, and a hint of sour rice. The palate is soft-textured, leading to a compact and dry finish. Fittingly, it hails from Iwate Prefecture, the same region that produced Dodger legend Shohei Ohtani, making this sake a home run for fans of refined craft and local legacy alike.

Our pioneering pink gin is sweet, flavorful and floral. Originally created for Valentine’s Day, it was loved by so many we decided to make it a permanent expression!

Our Head Distiller crafts Love Gin using raspberries and strawberries from Fife Fruits who are based at Tarvit Home Farm – just a 15-minute drive from our distillery. Alongside this, he uses goji berries, red rose petal and rhubarb root among other botanicals.

This gin has a beautiful pink blush color and packs sweet vanilla and floral notes with a fruity finish.

From Relic: The Archive Wines began in 2010 with a fermentation lot of Cabernet Sauvignon that we loved, but that didn't quite mesh with our other sources for Artefact. On its own, however, it was delicious, complex and appealing. We decided that as we grew, we needed a home for these beautiful, misfit wines and that we would offer them as an exceptional value. All of The Archive wines are made with the same care - from grapes to bottle - as the Relic wines and are produced in especially small quantities.
