Buffalo Trace Kosher Wheat

Buffalo Trace Kosher Wheat Recipe Bourbon is produced at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council. Made from Buffalo Trace’s wheated bourbon recipe, it was matured for seven years in specially designated new charred oak barrels and bottled at 94 proof. The whiskey is produced and handled according to specific kosher requirements, with careful attention given to the barrels and bottling process.

Soft and inviting aromas of vanilla, caramel, ripe orchard fruit, and toasted wheat lead into a smooth, rounded palate. Flavors of honey, baked apple, cinnamon, and gentle oak unfold over a creamy texture. The finish is mellow and balanced with lingering vanilla, warm spice, and subtle oak.
