Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye

Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe Bourbon is produced at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council. Made with the distillery’s traditional rye-based bourbon mash bill, it was aged for seven years in specially designated new charred oak barrels and bottled at 94 proof. The whiskey is produced and handled according to specific kosher requirements.

Aromas of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and warm baking spice open into a rich, balanced palate. Notes of brown sugar, dried fruit, cinnamon, and pepper are framed by a smooth texture and firm oak structure. The finish is warm and lingering with vanilla, spice, and a touch of sweetness.
