Bordiga Amaro is a traditional Italian herbal liqueur produced by Bordiga, a historic distillery founded in 1888 in Cuneo, Piedmont. Drawing on the region’s rich alpine herbal traditions, it is crafted with a selection of aromatic herbs, roots, and botanicals that create a balanced interplay of sweetness and bitterness. Its complex character makes it an excellent digestivo, enjoyed neat, over ice, or in classic cocktails.

 Inviting aromas of bitter orange peel, alpine herbs, dried flowers, and warm spice lead into a rich, layered palate. Notes of gentian-like bitterness, citrus, licorice, and earthy botanicals are balanced by gentle sweetness and a smooth, rounded texture.
