Domestic & International Asian Market Director

Job Description

Partnering closely with the Creative Director. the Marketing Director of Domestic and International (Asian) Markets will oversee the branding efforts for the entire company as it related to Asian markets, and execute on projects that focus on our umbrella brand. Specifically,

Managing all Asian-facing marketing initiatives, development of key
demographics, communications. and lifestyle promotions of fine wines. Determining. developing. and driving short and long-term execution of marketing and communications plans for Asian market segments and deliver reports for evaluation.

Developing project timelines, schedules kick-offs, and sets up the day-to­day project management plans.

Engaging and utilizing Marketing Department shared resources, and manages the marketing team and personnel to carry out marketing plans and projects to meet the branding needs of the company.

Working cross-functionally to execute marketing strategies and tactics, and apply results.

Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.

Monitoring market trends, product success, and consumer reactions, and researching consumer markets and competitors' activities, and translating brand elements into marketing plans and strategies.

Developing brand content and creative calendar with social and performance team.

Requirements

Employer requires that job applicant must have at least a bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related filed. The job applicant must also have at least 60 months of experience in a managerial or executive occupation including at least 24 months of experience in such position working on wine marketing and business development in Asian markets applying combined knowledges including marketing, business operations, decision-making, team leading, project management, Profit and Loss management, and customer analysis.
