Crafted from wild Maguey Pacifica (Agave Angustifolia), the agave is pit-roasted in the traditional Sonoran method and distilled to produce a spirit with over 300 years of heritage behind it. This Blanco expression is unaged, bottled at 42% ABV to capture the pure, untempered character of the agave.
