  1. Charles Audoin Marsannay Au Champ Salomon 2015
    BH90-92
    $42.98
    Availability:In Stock
90-92 Points! While it is by no means intrusive, here the wood treatment is a bit more prominent but even so the ripe and spicy aromas of black cherry liqueur, earth and lavender are easy to appreciate. This too is well-concentrated, tautly muscular and punchy with a subtle minerality helping to add lift to the palate coating, focused, dusty and altogether serious finish. This suave yet structured effort will also need at least a few years of bottle age first. Outstanding Top Value.- Allen Meadows, Burghound #65 Learn More
  2. Charles Audoin Marsannay Clos du Roy 2015
    BH89-92
    $42.98
    Availability:In Stock
89-92 Points! A discreet application of wood serves as a relatively subtle backdrop for the fresh, cool and ripe aromas of both red and dark currant, earth and soft floral nuances. I like the sense of underlying tension and punch to the mineral-driven medium-bodied flavors that deliver fine length on the saline-inflected, clean and focused finale. - Allen Meadows, Burghound #65 Learn More
  3. Charles Audoin Marsannay Clos de Jeu 2015
    BH89-92
    $42.98
    Availability:In Stock
89-92 Points! There is an exotic tea element to the spicy black cherry and smoked meat-scented nose. The rich, vibrant and suave middle weight flavors exude a fine bead of minerality onto the dusty, textured and beautifully long finish. This well-balanced effort is built-to-reward mid-term cellaring and will need at least a few years first. Outstanding. - Allen Meadows, Burghound #65 Learn More
  4. Joseph Roty Marsannay 2016
    WA90
    $39.98
    Availability:In Stock
90 Points!  Including many of the frosted lieux-dits that Roty normally bottle separately, the 2016 Marsannay unfurls in the glass with a deep bouquet of cassis, dark chocolate, grilled game and espresso roast. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, velvety and nicely concentrated, with excellent depth at the core and a long, penetrating finish. It's a decidedly superior Marsannay from Roty. - William Kelley, robertparker.com

  6. Joseph Roty Marsannay 2015
    $39.98
    Availability:In Stock
The 2015 Marsannay offers up notes of creamy wild berry fruit, dried flowers, licorice and smoky new oak, followed by a medium to full-bodied, polished palate with fine tannins and juicy fruit. Even this bottling, the entry to Roty's range of Marsannay cuvées, will benefit from a few years of bottle age in this structured, concentrated vintage. - William Kelley, robertparker.com Learn More
  7. Joseph Roty Marsannay Clos de Jeu 2015
    BH91
    WA92
    VM91
    $47.98
    Availability:In Stock
91+ Points! Healthy medium red. A bit less black on the nose than the preceding '15s, offering aromas of red cherry and rose petal along with a faint animal quality. Broad, rich and seamless on the palate but with lovely inner-mouth floral lift and mineral spine to the dark raspberry and spice flavors. Displays obvious old-vines thickness of texture, not to mention the fullness of the vintage, yet also delivers terrific precision and finesse for Marsannay. The serious tannins are thoroughly buffered by fruit, with the finish lifted by a floral quality. According to Pierre-Jean Roty, the subsoil here is similar to that in the family's Charmes-Chambertin and it's the red clay element that gives this wine its structure. - Stephen Tanzer, Vinous Media
