A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir with a golden, super thick mousse and small, powerful, but not overly aggressive bead. The nose has the classic green sour apple, yeast, fig, brioche toast, lemon, and toasted almond. In the mouth you get flavors of apricot, vanilla crème, apple and kiwi. consistent fruit, balanced, the finish is lingering with suggestions of citrus zest and a nice cut of effervescence. Lovely stuff.
