  1. Isole e Olena Chianti Classico 2016
    VM92
    $22.98
    Availability:In Stock
92 Points! The 2016 Chianti Classico is a gorgeous wine that very much captures the essence of the house style. Bright floral and savory notes, sweet red cherry fruit, tobacco and mint are all finely knit in this super-appealing, mid-weight Chianti Classico from Isole e Olena. As always, the Chianti Classico here is lithe, aromatically precise and all about elegance. - Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media Learn More
  2. Walter Hansel Pinot Noir Estate Russian River Valley 2016
    WA91
    VM91
    $36.98
    Availability:In Stock
91 Points! The 2016 Pinot Noir The Estate Vineyard is fresh, energetic and vibrant, with lovely floral and spice notes that add lift to the bright red-toned fruit. Medium in body and gracious in feel, the 2016 has a lot to offer. This is an especially restrained style, and it works, beautifully. - Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media Learn More
  3. Penfolds Shiraz Kalimna Bin 28 South Australia 2016
    WS90
    WE91
    JD90
    JS91
    WA91
    $27.98
    Availability:In Stock
91 Points! A warm, early harvest has delivered a wine with more dried, baked blackberries and plums, reflecting the DNA of Penfolds style, and a wine that makes a more savory, spicy and earthy impression than the previous 2015 release. The palate is assuredly rich and round with blackberry and dark plum-pastry flavors, layered on silky, dense and rich, ripe tannins. Long and mellow. Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Padthaway, Upper Adelaide, Wrattonbully fruit sourcing. Drink now or hold. - JamesSuckling.com Learn More
  4. Girolamo Russo Etna Rosso Feudo di Mezzo 2016
    $49.98
    Availability:In Stock
94 Points! One step up on the intensity ladder, the 2016 Etna Rosso Feudo di Mezzo shows a greater degree of concentration and darkness compared to A'Rina and Feudo. The Feudo di Mezzo vineyard delivers gusty, ripe and dark fruit characteristics. You get dark cherry and plummy fruit with spice, tar and licorice at the back. This is a beautiful expression from Etna. - Monica Larner, robertparker.com Learn More
  5. Girolamo Russo Etna Rosso San Lorenzo 2016
    JS94
    WA94
    $49.98
    Availability:In Stock
94 Points! I'm having a hard time choosing my favorite single-vineyard expression among this group of new releases from Giuseppe Russo. The 2016 Etna Rosso San Lorenzo, to me, is the most elegant and complete. It has most of the power of the Feudo di Mezzo (my other favorite) with some of the more interesting and wild aromas you get in the other wines. It's all packed into this very complete bottle. This wine is almost all Nerello Mascalese with a tiny part Nerello Cappuccio. Go in close and you will smell those crushed white pepper aromas that come from the Cappuccio. This wine might also be a touch more accessible overall. - Monica Larner, robertparker.com Learn More
  6. Girolamo Russo Etna Rosso Feudo 2016
    JS93
    WA93
    $49.98
    Availability:In Stock
93 Points! The 2016 Etna Rosso Feudo is distinguished by wild fruit and forest floor. It also delivers an exciting note of dried basil or rosemary oil that pops from the bouquet with attractive vertical lift. This is a delicate, almost fragile wine (at least in terms of its aromas). But the mouthfeel is firm, tight and full of electric spark. - Monica Larner, robertparker.com Learn More
  7. Gros Noré Bandol Rouge 2016
    WA93
    $39.98
    Availability:In Stock
93 Points! One of my favorite 2016s, Gros Noré's 2016 Bandol is a complex, savory offering with at least 15 years of life ahead of it. Dark, plummy fruit picks up notes of mocha, roasted meat and mushrooms on the medium to full-bodied palate. Rich and velvety from start to long, long finish, this is nice, nice stuff, a blend of 80% Mourvèdre with 15% Grenache and 5% Cinsault aged in foudres. - Joe Czerwinski, robertparker.com Learn More
  8. Honig Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2016
    JS92
    $39.98
    Availability:In Stock
92 Points! The blueberry and dark-chocolate aromas are very attractive and follow through to a full body, round and juicy tannins and a hazelnut aftertaste. Needs a year or two to soften the tannins, but already very attractive. - JamesSuckling.com Learn More
  9. Garzon Tannat Single Vineyard Uruguay 2016
    WE92
    DEC94
    JS93
    $25.98
    Availability:In Stock
94 Points! Aged for a year in large oak foudres, this full bodied style respects the tannic character of the Tannat grape, but also adds a delicious dark fruit intensity that fills the palate. - Decanter Magazine Learn More
  10. La Massa Toscana 2016
    JS93
    WA93
    VM92
    $19.98
    Availability:In Stock
93 Points! The 2016 La Massa is a terrific blend of 65% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon available at an accessible price. Alicante Bouschet was used in the blend until last year but has now been removed. The results are surprisingly complex and profound, although the wine's best asset is the fresh and straightforward approach it makes, especially on the palate. That inner depth will give this wine some proper aging potential I should expect. This vintage shows lots of tension and dimension. The warm 2015 vintage shows sunny softness, but 2016 has more overall freshness. - Monica Larner, robertparker.com Learn More
  11. Carol Shelton Zinfandel Mendocino Old Vine Wild Thing 2016
    WS92
    $18.98
    Availability:In Stock
92 Points! Spirited and zesty, with lively cherry and smoky cracked pepper flavors that frolic on the long finish toward well-groomed tannins. - Wine Spectator Learn More
  12. Upchurch Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain 2016
    JD97
    $69.98
    Availability:In Stock
97 Points! Including 9% Merlot, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a magical Cabernet as well as the finest wine made at this estate to date. Massive notes of blackcurrants, scorched earth, cedary spice, and leafy herbs all flow to a full-bodied Red Mountain Cabernet that has awesome purity of fruit, a layered, multi-dimensional texture, no hard edges, and a great, great finish. It’s going to benefit from a handful of years in the cellar and keep for two decades. - Jeb Dunnuck, jebdunnuck.com Learn More
  13. Produttori del Barbaresco Barbaresco 2016
    WE95
    WA95
    $39.98
    Availability:In Stock
95 Points! The 2016 Barbaresco is a tight and beautiful wine that will require more time to unwind and soften. This beautifully balanced vintage is characterized by a tight inner core of fruit that underlines the graceful aging capacity of these wines. The 2016 is shaping up to be one destined for long cellar aging. Now in its youth, the wine offers wild berry, rose and licorice aromas. - Monica Larner, robertparker.com Learn More
  14. Metis Sauvignon Blanc South Africa 2016
    WS90
    JS92
    WA92
    $18.98
    Availability:In Stock
92 Points! It has an attractive bouquet: gooseberry, Granny Smith, a suggestion of wild mint and fennel. The palate is well balanced with more weight and volume than the Sauvignon Blanc, notes of gooseberry, kiwi fruit and a touch of lemon zest, fanning out in satisfying fashion on the finish. - Neal Martin, robertparker.com Learn More
  15. Colome Estate Malbec Salta 2016
    JS92
    WA91
    $19.98
    Availability:In Stock
92 Points! Brimming with blueberry, violet and bitter chocolate notes, this is an extravagant yet very fresh and well-structured expression of Salta malbec. If you can give it until 2020, then the bold, dry tannins will soften and may make it more elegant. - JamesSuckling.com Learn More
