Solstice is our California take on the classic aperitivo - it’s fresh, bright, and unlike anything else. We create an infusion of whole strawberries (with their green tops), grapefruit, and orange peels in grape brandy, then “wash” the fruit with wine to pull out every last bit of flavor.
