Aged for 12 months and bottled by hand, hand-harvested, no fining, no filtering, no added sulphites, no stainless steel, no barriques. The wine is produced by the husband and wife team of Daniele Rosellini and Nadia Riguccini. Nadia has a degree in Agricultural Science and is an organic biodynamic rural development consultant agronomist.
