Teroldego
Teroldego is a red grape grown in Italy, predominantly in Trentino, in the north. The dry reds made from Teroldego are medium-bodied, and often have earthy aromas, along with balancing acidity. Teroldego wines can age pretty well in the short term, and it has an affinity for oak aging before bottling. A true local specialty.
