VILLA CAFAGGIO 2004 CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA

Located in the high rent district of Panzano in Chianti, Villa Cafaggio has been on quite the roll of late.  Their 2004 Riserva is a great bottle of Sangio, of which Wine Advocate’s Antonio Galloni writes, “The 2004 Chianti Classico Riserva (100% Sangiovese) reveals violets, licorice and sweet dark fruit in a deeply expressive, weighty interpretation of Sangiovese, showing excellent length as well as freshness.”  We’ve worked extra-hard to get the price of this one into a real sweet spot for the holidays.
